We understand how important it is for every different kind of facility to have clean and sanitized restrooms. A complete restroom cleaning and sanitation is completed upon every office visit. Routine cleaning includes the sanitation of toilet interior & exterior, sinks and faucets, fixtures, partition doors, glass cleaning, supply restocking and anything else specific to your office bathroom needs.

Kitchens and staff break areas are often the heart of many offices and experience high traffic throughout the day. We take extra care to make sure your staff have the cleanest break area possible. Routine cleaning includes the sanitation of hard surfaces, polishing of sinks, faucets and other stainless steel appliances, dishes, microwave cleanout, supply restocking, floor cleaning and anything else specific to your needs. We can even schedule interior fridge cleanout if desired.

The lobby and entryway are always the first impression that visitors see, and we know how important that first impression is to your business. That is why we always go above and beyond to make sure that lobbies and entryway spaces are spotless. Routine cleaning includes sanitizing of hard surfaces, cleaning of all glass doors and partitions, dusting and polishing of furniture, organizing of magazines, toys, etc. and anything else specific to your business.

Carpet cleaning is something that we offer to our customers on a monthly, quarterly, or as needed basis. We have professional grade carpet cleaning machines and experienced staff who know how to extend the life of your flooring.

While entryway glass cleaning is considered a routine service, our clients may also add interior and exterior window cleaning to their services to be completed on a monthly, quarterly, or as needed basis.

Touch point cleaning is a system of cleaning that focuses on high-traffic areas, specifically “touch points.” A few examples of touch points are: light switches, tv remotes, computer keyboards, door knobs, elevator buttons, etc. These are considered high risk areas that routinely come in contact with disease, viruses, and germs. At C&C Cleaning LLC., we regularly make sure that touch points are sanitized.

At C&C Cleaning LLC., we use electrostatic disinfection to thoroughly treat all surfaces. Electrostatic spray is electrically charged, allowing the appropriate sanitizers, mold preventatives, and disinfectants to wrap around and evenly coat all types of surfaces for a more complete clean. As the chemical exits the electrostatic sprayer, it’s given a positive electrical charge. The droplets then become attracted to all negative surfaces, covering the visible areas.
